Over the years, I have realised that people problems are the most challenging to solve. And that's where my sweet spot lies.

I could go on to use buzzwords like 'unlocking the human potential' for the sake of it. But what I have noticed across my years as an L&D practitioner, is that most organisations promise to recognise the reality and the unpredictability of the human element, but just on paper. It is one of my life missions to change that. Make the promise tangible, real, and meaningful.

Employee wellbeing is just not a fad. If your people are self-managing better, they will become much more satisfied as human beings and will be able to give more to the work they do - which is just a part, and not their whole lives.

Any people-oriented business should be able to come to terms with this reality first.
